Our aim is to develop long-term relationships with our clients, not short-lived project associations. It is our objective to maintain a firm whose size will most benefit our clients' needs by giving personalized service from the same team of professionals throughout the project.

Attic Productions Fincastle, Virginia Attic Productions is an all-volunteer community theater organization for children and adults in Botetourt County, Virginia. It was founded in 1995 and produces five plays each year.

Roanoke County Courthouse Annex Salem, Virginia Spectrum Design has designed the conversion of a former office supply retail building into the Roanoke County Courthouse Annex, which will house the Court Services and the Roanoke County Sheriff. The 19,267 square foot building will have its exterior façade restored to its original appearance dating to circa 1925. The building will be divided into two parts. All the interior brick walls will be cleaned, restored and exposed. The wood floors and exposed wood beam ceilings will be cleaned and restored.

Guilford College is a small, private, four-year liberal arts college in Greensboro, North Carolina. Founded in 1837, the college campus is comprised of many historic buildings, including the 120-year-old Archdale Hall, the college's oldest building.
