Description
SRP Hired by State to Help Unemployed Workers After a very successful pilot program, SRP has been hired by Capital Workforce Partners to develop and implement a program that helps unemployed workers identify jobs that they are best suited for, and be more successful in their job search. Twenty-nine counselors from The Department of Labor, Career Team, and other service providers have received training and currently deliver the program which includes an online Personality Type assessment and comprehensive Individualized Career Report.
