Spence Photography is a fairly new company in New Braunfels. Owned and operated by Robert and Mijean Spence, they began working out of their home, and opened their portrait studio to the public in July 2005. Mijean ran a successful portrait studio in Terrell, TX for several years prior to relocating here. She is not new to the business, just to the area.Rob was an IT network manager; nerd by profession. Now they work together. Rob is the technical support to Mijean’s demanding, perfectionist, “artsie” photographic visions.The couple is committed to offering the “latest and greatest” products and services the industry has to offer. They attend several specialized classes and seminars throughout the year, and are members of several professional organizations such as Professional Photographers of America, National Association of Professional Photographers, Texas Professional Photographers of America, and Children and Family Photographers of America.
