The corporate headquarters are in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina.Spinnaker developed its first timeshare project in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina in 1983. Subsequently, it expanded to Beaver Creek, Colorado in 1989; Branson, Missouri in 1998, and Ormond Beach, Florida in 1999.
