In 1992, Acme expanded its business to provide a customized, turnkey solution for the new 90 million dollar Greater Columbus Convention Center, Columbus, Ohio. The entire exhibitor, electrical distribution and materials handling system consisted entirely of Acmes' custom designed, manufactured and U.L. listed equipment to accommodate 1,000 exhibitors. Acmes' electrical distribution products are built to customer's specifications, with devices and circuits customized to client's need, and all exceed industry standards for durability, ease of handling and storing and economy of space on the exhibition floor. Acme also offers a unique line of custom designed, U.L. listed "outdoor" products, including cable protectors, to meet your "outdoor" temporary power needs, as well.

In 2007, Springfield Acme expanded its services, by using our temporary distribution systems experience and equipment to provide emergency power to disaster relief centers, first responder base camps and operation centers. Now, we have expanded these services to develop a standard response protocol to support camps of several thousand displaced residents and/or utility workers. Special Events and Festivals Our company provides power for festivals of many sizes including Red White and Boom and the Dublin Irish Festival. With more that 200 vendors, 4 stages and crowds numbering as large as 500,000 people, our equipment is designed to provide safe power distribution in one of three different size, proprietary, UL Listed distribution box. Our standard box has the capability of supporting up to 400 amp load center, 4 L-21-30 receptacles, 3 - 50 amp 14-50 outlets, 2-100 amp 1015 minicam lock series, 1-200 amp 10-16 cam lock circuit, 42 circuits, and can support up to 20- 20 amp dedicated circuits.
