Sprocket is a full service General Contractor specializing in commercial and residential projects of various scales. We are practiced in providing preconstruction services, as well as, general contracting and construction management. Our project teams are experienced with merging the velocity of cutting-edge design, innovative construction techniques and systems, with management skills that create real economic value and lasting success.

The construction craft and implementation of new technologies is critical to the project team and providing engineering and construction services as one unified company allows for a more efficient project delivery than the traditional development model. Since inception, Sprocket has designed and/or built over 135 projects tackling various urban and suburban land-use problems of various scales. Project types range from retail, and office to multi-family projects such as student housing and hotels. Our Team has extensive experience in the design of educational, religious facilities, libraries, and public safety. Sprocket has designed and implemented in excess of 400 different dwelling-unit types.

Matt is the Lead Design Architect for the design of Sprocket projects and manages all of the architecture design procedures, graphic standards, and green building initiatives. In addition, Matt has extensive experience in Construction Project Management and Supervision.
