Patti recently joined Square One Design as part of the administrative staff. Born and raised outside of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Patti holds a B.S. in Biochemistry from the Pennsylvania State University. She has over 16 years of corporate experience coordinating projects, schedules and training staff, as well as 7 years of supervisory experience in the Regulatory Affairs department. In a variety of roles, she has worked with management to coordinate and assimilate regulatory policies and procedures, as well as working with personnel.

With over 11 years design experience in commercial and government clients ranging from small office suites to corporate headquarters in excess of 1 million square feet, Betsy is a specification expert. She is highly familiar with most commercial furniture lines on the market and is highly regarded in the furniture industry. Prior to Square One, she worked as a designer at a major furniture dealer in the Chicago area.

Kate has over 7 years of interior design experience in the contract design industry. She has worked in a design capacity with a variety of clients with facilities ranging from 100 sf to 800,000 sf. Prior to joining Square One she was the Design Lead for a relocation firm servicing national accounts for commercial clients in the communication sector as well as working to support government Medical Facilities during renovation phases.

With over 14 years of Commercial Design experience her projects range from small retail shops to Corporate Headquarters for Federal Credit Unions. Prior to joining Square One she held the position as Senior designer for a reputable General Contractor located in Maryland. She has extensive experience in project management, millwork design and a comprehensive knowledge of general construction, building codes and designing for the disabled. Ms.

Cindy started Square One Design in 2004 and has more than 20 years of successful experience in comprehensive interior design. She has worked on a variety of interior design projects for commercial and government clients ranging from small office suites to corporate headquarters. Exceptionally experienced in all levels of blocking, stacking, space planning, furniture selection and specification for clients including Government, Healthcare, Commercial, Assisted Living and Child Development centers.
