Trainee Solicitor Thank you for your interest in trainee recruitment. Squire Sanders offers a unique training contract tailored to individual trainee needs. We provide a comprehensive induction programme at an external campus followed by a tailored department training to each seat and tailored skills training through various seminars and workshops. The programme comprises of six four-month seats during their training contract.
