St. Croix Tree Service is a highly mechanized company with equipment to assist in all phases of operation. Starting pay depends on the position desired and experience. St. Croix Tree Service provides company t-shirts, rain gear, a hard hat with hearing and eye protection, safety training, and various training and home study programs for career advancement. Benefits available include: health insurance (with an HSA account), dental, life, disability, holiday pay, vacation time, and 401K. Employees are required to provide their own work boots, jeans, and transportation to and from work.
