Description
Saint George Cathedral is a parish of the Orthodox Church in America. Our parish traces its beginnings back to 1938 when Macedonian and Bulgarian immigrants who had come to Toledo sought to establish an Orthodox parish.The parish was formally founded in 1948 and placed under the patronage of the Holy Greatmartyr and Trophy-Bearer George.
The Parish Council meets every 2nd Tuesday of the month at 6:30 PM. The meetings are open and people may come to attend the meetings as an observer. There may be times the meeting needs to be changed due to scheduling conflicts so contact the church to confirm the meeting date.
