Sharon Spurlock, Director of Family Supports & Quality Enhancement , has worked with people with developmental disabilities since 1982. She worked in residential supports and employment services and oversaw the St. Louis Arc’s Community Integration programs for 19 years prior to moving into Family Support. Sharon is recognized as an expert in person-centered philosophy and advocacy. Sharon's passion is helping people with disabilities and their families find great supports in the community. She began her current job directing St.

The St. Louis Arc is a non-profit, United Way agency providing a full range of supports and services to more than 3,000 people with developmental disabilities, and their families, throughout the St. Louis metropolitan area. It is an affiliated chapter of The Arc of the United States.

We are looking for energetic and enthusiastic young professionals interested in advancing the mission of the St.

Kelley Miller, Director of Human Resource , joined the St. Louis Arc in December of 2008. Kelley runs the agency’s human resource department, managing all hiring information, benefits support, employee relations and ArcConnect, the agency’s online HR system. Kelley previously worked at two different staffing agencies and brings to the St. Louis Arc more than 9 years of experience in the Human Resource field, with a focus on staffing and recruiting. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Lindenwood University.

We provide extensive consultative supports to teachers, staff and administrators at each of our embedded early learning program sites.
