A Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number from a Customer Service Representative must be obtained, and the freight prepaid back to our warehouse. There will also be a 25% re-stocking charge for all authorized returned goods. Custom and special products may not be returned. Standard/catalogue products over size 4XL are considered custom and therefore are not returnable. Special Printing Ask your Customer Service or Sales Representative. We have several methods of quality printing available. Heat transfer, Die Embossing, Embroidery and Silk Screen.

During a recent visit to Kinetrics, I witnessed first hand the dangers that can be associated with arc flash. The wrong protective clothing can result in severe injuries, and even death. We have received many calls and notes over the years from end users of our product relaying their survival testimonies.
