Mr. Afflebach joined Standard Steel, LLC, in April, 2013, as Director, Human Resources. He brings more than 30 years of Human Resources experience in large, mid-size and small organizations. His experience includes 19 years with Hershey Foods Corporation and affiliates in various Human Resources roles; Director, Human Resources for Fuji Photo Film; and Director, Human Resources at Glatfelter Paper Company. Mr. Afflebach earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Economics & Business Administration from Lebanon Valley College and a MBA from Saint Joseph’s University. In addition, Mr.

Standard Steel is a leading manufacturer of forged steel wheels and axles for freight railcars, locomotives and passenger railcars. It is the only producer of forged steel wheels for railcars and locomotives in North America. Customers include major Class I railroads in North America, freight railcar builders, railcar and locomotive maintenance shops, the Amtrak national railroad, locomotive builders and regional transit authorities.

Mr. Petroski was appointed to this position in October 2012. His extensive experience with the company (since 1990) in various management positions in sales, production control, transportation and manufacturing provides him the knowledge and ability to coordinate and streamline production and inventory management. Under his direction are the Company’s Production Planning, Procurement and Inventory Control departments. Prior to Standard Steel, Mr. Petroski held various sales and management positions for Schult Homes and Coachmen Industries (both Marlette Divisions). Mr.
