Injection molding of thermoplastics covers a tremendous number of polymers and properties. Our technical staff makes Standridge Color uniquely qualified to provide you with molding solutions.

For example, the electronics manufacturer previously mentioned installs its products at the customer location. The products go into cabinets which are connected by cables. The company makes its own cables, custom designed to connect the cabinets. Every customer installation is different, so the distance between cabinets is never the same from job to job. Thus each job needs cables of different lengths. The sales process seldom covered the distance between cabinets. Manufacturing makes cables of a length that seem right to them, which is fine as long as they guess correctly.
