Bill recently joined our staff with over 25 years of experience in the design and design/build fields. Bill will specialize in commercial landscape construction. His portfolio includes sustainability designs and reports on LEED Certified projects, individual residences and residential developments, land use studies, environmental assessments and commercial developments. Bill received his Bachelor of Landscape Architecture degree from Michigan State University in 1985 and his Associate of Science degree in Arboriculture & Park Management from the University of Massachusetts in 1980.

Mr. De Luka joined the corporation in 2005 with over 25 years of accounting and administrative experience in the private sector. Previously he was plant controller for Inland Paperboard & Packaging, Inc in Linden, New Jersey. He has an extensive background in cost and financial accounting as well as computer system management.
