Suter Services has been providing quality heating, cooling and ventilation services to Siouxland for over 80 years. 1926 - Charles W. Suter founds the company in South Sioux City, NE 1947 - C.W. Suter & Son is the largest plumbing & heating contractor in NE Nebraska 1976 - Climate Control Corp. in Sioux City purchases C.W. Suter & Son 1978 - Elbert “E.B.” Baker becomes a partner 1981 - E.B. Baker purchases the C.W. Suter Company 1995 - Suter Services becomes a Lennox dealer 2000 - Suter is named Siouxland Chamber of Commerce Small Business of the Year 2003 - Suter adds a refrigeration department 2006 - Suter launches Suter University in partnership with Western Iowa Tech Community College
