This potentially could play into the hands of Johnny Pag Motorcycles whose 2013 lineup includes two 320cc models, the 2013 Malibu 320I and 2013 Ventura 320I, in addition to a larger 600cc version of the Malibu. The company, founded in 2009, is headquartered in Southern California where the bikes are designed while assembly is done in China. The company has been working the last year working on getting dealers bikes and receiving EPA approval. The Malibu models are currently undergoing CARB scrutinization in California.
