Kevin Schultz is president of First Data’s Financial Services business unit and is responsible for First Data’s global credit and debit card issuing solutions, global ATM and EFT networks as well as global fraud and risk management and analytic and decision services solutions. First Data’s Financial Services segment has significant high-volume, high-value transaction processing and account management capabilities. The division provides the core processing infrastructure that supports credit, debit and retail private-label card issuers, as well as a variety of value-added products and services for financial institutions around the world. Schultz is a 27-year veteran of the payments industry and has held several leadership positions with VISA Incorporated and VISA USA, including global head of VISA Processing Services, executive vice president of Client Services and general manager for VISA Debit Processing Services (DPS). In his extensive career, Schultz has managed global processing activities and overseen customer relationships including new and existing customer sales, implementations and customer service support for 14,000 VISA banks, merchants, and data processors. Schultz holds a master’s degree from the Columbia School of International Affairs and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee.
