Description

We began in 1996 as a tiny marketing consulting company with a list of huge clients. Audi, Hewlett Packard, Microsoft, Sears, Volkswagen, USWest. One of these clients laughingly compared us to a harbormaster in a tugboat. We liked the comparison so it stuck. And we changed our name. Since then, we've expanded our charter. In 1999, we established a new division – The Field Office – to highlight a specific area of expertise.

We provide actionable insights derived from innovative marketing research and personalized client service. This creative approach to research design has generated a collection of highly innovative proprietary techniques, such as q-PFO for new product development. We have worked with some of the largest marketing organizations and advertising agencies in North America to identify new markets, to develop award-winning marketing campaigns and to chart progress at critical points in their journey.
