I am writing you regarding a customer service representative for your company. When I called to inquire about getting electricity through your company, I spoke with a Customer Service Representative. She not only provided me with answers to my questions and concerns, but did so in a timely manor, while making it easy for me to understand everything I would be undertaking by choosing your company to provide my electricity. She spoke clearly, and with confidence displaying a good knowledge of the company she represented as well as the services offered.

Our management team has over 60 years of combined experience in the deregulated utility sector, and we know how to provide commercial customers with the power, the price and the personal service they need-guaranteed.

Dear StarTex Power, I want to take the time to compliment you on your Customer Service Department. I have been in the process of switching my electric company (to StarTex Power) today, and I have spoken to three of your representatives. I just can't find the words, to express to you how helpful they were, and how impressed I am with them. I started with Matt B....he was so helpful with all of my questions....I could tell that he really cares about people, and he made a very good first impression for your company. He is very knowledgeable as well.

Thank you for your help with my questions and concerns. This experience has shown me that StarTex Power really does care and it is not just a slogan. I thank you for the time you spent and your concern for my issues. Not many companies can say that there COO ever really looks at the customers concerns but it is clear that your company is a step above the rest. I am almost glad that I had my concern to begin with b/c it shows me that your company will take care of me.
