I have been an investor in the Boulder County real estate market for over 20 years. My engineering background helps me analyze and evaluate great investment property opportunities. I have helped folks purchase "kiddie condos", second homes, small apartment buildings, and much more. Whether you are a seasoned investor or just considering your investment options I am excited to work together!

We work with a variety of real estate investors. We help first time investors discuss the different options available to them and we help seasoned investors meet their investment goals. I have been in the investment market in Boulder County for over 20 years and this personal experience helps me understand the investor's perspective. Approximately 30% of our clientele is comprised of real estate investors.

Over the past few years, Tony and I have had many opportunities to work together on real estate transactions. Tony has either been a Buyer's Realtor or a Seller's Realtor and I a home inspector working on behalf of a client. On every occasion I've had the pleasure of working with Tony, I find him to be a person of great intergrity, professionalism, superbly knowledgable of the local real estate, of having a great rapport with his Client, and overall, a great person to know. He is patient, realistic, listen to the needs of his Client, and understands how to advise someone with the "next steps".

Christina has worked with Stellar Properties since 2009. She provides marketing for our listings, edits our monthly e-Newsletter and Quarterly Market Reports and provides operational and administrative support.

In the most challenging and difficult of situations, Tony sold our two Boulder properties within 6 weeks of taking over our contract after they sat on the market with little activity for ten months under another Realtor. Tony utilized high-level communication and negotiation, expert sales and marketing, and impressive attention to detail and creativity to close the deals.
