Stepp Manufacturing designs and manufactures three models of Asphalt Hot Boxes / Patch Trailers. Whether you need a basic gravity discharge or a top of the line oil jacketed auger discharge, Stepp Mfg. has all the options and sizes you need. Our trailer mounted hot box is the perfect blend of performance, durability, and versatility for your pothole patching needs and budget. From hot mix to cold patch, the Stepp Mfg. patch line will do the job. Stepp HOT BOXES are available in 1.5, 2.0, and 3.0 cubic yards (2 ton, 3 ton, and 4 ton) with LP or Diesel heat.

Both the Stepp SRM 10-120 and the Master Mixer are self contained units that just need a truck and milling to repair your potholes with HMA. The Stepp Asphalt Recycler line is built in the US. Stepp MFG has been building asphalt recyclers for over 30 years. Our Master Mixer was built over 30 years ago as a mixer for heating cold patch.

Stepp MFG has been setting the standard for pothole patching for over 30 years. Our state of the art design assures your asphalt hot mix will stay at workable temp all day.

Our Patch Trucks are available in 4 and 5, 6 and 7 cubic yards and features a choice of diesel or propane burners which heat a double-jacketed heat transfer oil system. This state of the art system has set the standard for over 20 years, producing even heat to the hot mix. This assures your mix lasts all day without scorching. Heated cross members prevent asphalt bridging. Hydraulic, double insulated top doors open a full 270 degrees, swinging out of the way to facilitate loading and preventing possible damage during loading. The auger discharge feeds hot mix to a folding shoveling platform.
