H eather, a native Austinite, is a graduate of Sidney Lanier High School. She has worked in the dental field for over 14 years, during this time she has gained much experience in the insurance arena and is very helpful in assisting our patients with their insurance questions. Currently, Heather and her family live in Bastrop where she has participated in many activities, including playing in a women’s kickball league and volunteering for the Bastrop Little League.

Dr. Widner has extensive experience in the placement of single and multiple dental implants, removal of wisdom teeth, TMJ disorders and corrective jaw surgery including chin augmentation.

Dr. Widner is a Diplomate Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial surgeon, and has practiced in Austin since 1990. He specializes in the removal of wisdom teeth, dental implants, and the treatment of jaw deformities and facial injuries to restore function with reconstructive and cosmetic solutions. Dr. Widner has extensive experience in implant replacement of teeth, temporomandibular joint problems and diseases of the jaw and facial structure. Dr. Widner is a native Texan, and is a graduate of Baylor College of Dentistry, Stephen F. Austin State Univ. and LSU Medical Center.
