Stevens is a multi-disciplined consulting firm providing services to private and public clients since 1973 including municipalities, counties, state agencies, watershed districts, and private entities. We are focused on developing lasting relationships with our clients through a combination of innovative and traditional design solutions that provide long-term value to our clients.

Associate's degree in Civil Engineering Technology or related degree 3 or more years of experience designing and drafting commercial site plans, residential development, and municipal street and utility projects Advanced knowledge and proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D (2012 and later) and have substantial experience creating and manipulating surfaces, alignments, profiles, corridors, cross sections, pipe networks, etc. using Civil 3D tools. Understanding of styles creation desired.

The City of New Hope and the New Hope Ice Arena have a long-standing tradition as one of the top community ice arena facilities in the Midwest. Rink 1 was constructed in 1975 and Rink 2 in 1996. As part of a continued effort to improve operation and efficiency of the facility, to plan for future improvements, and to continue to provide high-quality ice for its user groups, Stevens was retained by the City to prepare an engineering study of the facility.

Jason has over 15 years of experience in civil and municipal engineering for public and private clients. He has gained valuable understanding of the project process as his role progressed from resident project representative to design engineer to project manager.
