Description

David B. Stewart, is our firm's principal who is a Professional Member of the Foodservice Consultants Society International (FCSI) and has served four years on its board of directors and as secretary of that organization. His background includes twelve years of design experience with a major foodservice equipment dealer and twenty-three years as an independent consultant. He has had close contact with owners, architects, engineers, construction trades, foodservice contractors, service agencies and others concerned with designing, building and operating foodservice facilities of all types.
