Our client is a leading quick-turn manufacturer. The company is privately held and employs approximately ninety people.

A minimum of 10-15 years of experience with a minimum of seven years of management experience with at least five years of experience as an organization’s dedicated Lean/Six Sigma leader.

The successful candidate will have at least eight years of experience in a discrete manufacturing environment supporting order management, scheduling, planning, purchasing, inventory control, warehouse/distribution integration, and shop floor execution systems.

The successful candidate will have experience working with organizations of at least $50 million in revenue. Additionally, they will have worked with growing companies and must understand the impacts of major step changes in growth.
