All orders placed by 3PM CST will be shipped within 1-2 business days with UPS Ground if not specific request for faster delivery with UPS Next Day Air. All Normal transit times should be 3 to 5 business days. Delivery times are Mon.-Fri. (except for public holidays) 8:00 - 17:00. Once your order is shipped, you will be sent an email confirmation along with a tracking number that you may use to track your order. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We use regular UPS rates or selected freight companies for international shipments. Please note that the prices given reflect minimum pricing. If the weight or distance of the shipment causes its shipping cost to exceed these rates, you will be charged the actual shipping rate of the package.
