Stokes & Clinton, P.C. was founded by Ben F. Stokes, III in 1958. The Firm has enjoyed steady growth over the last four decades and operates today as one of the premiere collection law firms in the state of Alabama. Engaged in the general practice of law, the attorneys of S&C apply their knowledge and experience in collections, detinue/replevin, real estate, family law and bankruptcy. The Firm is licensed to practice in Alabama, Mississippi and Florida, and in fact, has hundreds of pending litigation cases throughout those three states. Additionally, the Firm is partnered with other law firms nationwide to ensure representation throughout the United States.
