A native of southern California, John has a B.A. in Math and English from U.C. Santa Barbara. John is an experienced finished carpenter by trade and is knowledgeable about every facet of home construction. His specialty is period homes and is sensitive to weaving your remodel to reflect your taste as well as architectural accuracy with your existing home. Remodeling can be a very stressful time. There is the financial impact and many cases relocating to another interim home. Your home is full of workers and the mess can be astounding. John's attention to detail and planning ensures that your remodel will be completed to your standards and finished in a timely manner. Communication is very important to Stone Construction and you will be apprised of each phase of your home during the process. We believe in being upfront with changes to architectural plans, delays in products and will work with you to provide solutions to keep the project on tract. Our key to success is having a Construction Superintendent assigned to your home. They will be on site during the many phases of construction supervising the subcontractors such as electrical, plumbing, dry wallers and painters to make sure every detail that you have requested is fulfilled.
