Founder — Marc has a unique blend of consulting, industry, and new company start-up experience. Marc has over 15-years of experience in the health and wellness industry working with health, life, dental, and disability carriers, wellness, disease and care management companies, pharmacy benefit managers, pharmaceutical companies, and providers. Marc also leverages his extensive cross industry experience, including consumer products, telecommunications, financial services, and technology, in performing research and developing strategies for his health and wellness clients. Prior to founding Stonegate, Marc was a Principal with the Bridge Strategy Group. Marc also served as CEO of SiGenix Corporation and President of RAMM Global. His past experience also includes management consulting with both Ernst & Young LLP and PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and brand management with Procter & Gamble. Marc received his Masters in Management from Northwestern's Kellogg Graduate School of Management, and his Bachelors in Business Administration from the University of Michigan. Partner — With over 25 years of business development and account management experience, Dave is a Vice President and Partner at Stonegate. Dave is responsible for business development, interview and focus group recruiting, quality assurance. Dave received his Bachelors of Arts in Psychology from the University of Iowa. Partner — Don has 26 years of consulting experience comprising corporate and market strategy, new product development, market research and segmentation, channel strategy, operations improvement, organization design, acquisition identification and implementation, and IT optimization. While he has consulted in myriad industries, much of his work has been in financial services, primarily with health insurance industry clients. Prior to Stonegate, Don was a founding partner of two consulting firms focused on performance improvement in a professional services environment and general management consulting. Previously, Don was a Partner in IBM's Business Consulting Services, Chicago office head of Mercer Management Consulting, and a Principal with Towers Perrin General Management Consulting. Don received his Masters of Business Administration at Carnegie Mellon University, and his Bachelors in Mathematics and Business Administration at the University of Wisconsin. Advisory Board Member — recently retired as President of Blue Cross Blue Shield of Illinois which serves more than seven million members. As the head of Illinois' largest health insurance company, Mr. Boulis was responsible for all operations including Consumer and Group Sales and Marketing, Provider Network Contracting and Management, Provider Relations, Medical Policy, Medical and Disease Management, Government Relations and Public Affairs. Mr. Boulis joined Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois in 1984 following eleven years with the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association in various management positions including Medicare, Utilization Review, Cost Containment Programs and Marketing Services.
