We are the original and by far the largest company in this business. For over 20 years we have been auctioning storage units, and we have never been to court or made any out-of-court settlement. This is the Protection which we provide to our Storage Facility clients and to our Bidders. We are the only true “full service” storage auction company, with 8 licensed and experienced auctioneers, plus a fully staffed office to support our operations. “We are the Lien Sale Experts!” Storage Protection Auction Services acts as agents for the Landlords of Self Storage facilities. Our auctions are conducted in accordance with the Florida Self Storage Facility Act - the tenants of auctioned storage units are in default of rent for their units. No employee of the Auctioneer or the Storage Company, their family members, or friends, is allowed to bid at any of our auctions. New bidders must sign our auction contract before participating in an auction. If you are new, please download our contract, fill it out and bring it with you. We are strong supporters of the Florida Self Storage Association (FSSA) and encourage all storage facilities to join the FSSA.
