We maintain an active portfolio of available real estate in the central Minnesota area. We provide full assistance to clients with site selection, analysis, development of land for resale as commercial/industrial sites and a full range of services from planning and feasibility studies to zoning, rezoning, special permits, variances as well as assisting in the creation of various forms of municipal and state financing districts and beyond. Once a project moves forward we provide full development assistance in addition to lease and facility management.

Plans are underway for a celebration event commemorating the 75th Anniversary of Strack Companies. Founded in 1938 by Donald S. Strack and his father Joseph Strack, the company currently has a another father son tandem employed simultaneously in CEO Robert S. Strack and Vice President Matthew S. Strack representing the third and fourth generations of the organization. The firm, which began as single family residential constructors began large tract family housing following World War II in what is known today as the Centennial/Pantown area of St. Cloud. The firm changed from residential to commercial industrial in 1956 completing two of the larger manufacturing plants in the St/ Cloud area by 1960 in the Waldorf plant (known today as Smurfit-Stone Container) and the original Fingerhut facility, both on 8th Street in St. Cloud. Some of the more notable projects completed by Strack under the current management in the St.
