Straight Up Elevator Co. installs both commercial and residential elevators, as well as wheel chair lifts and dumbwaiters. We use only non-proprietary controllers and components from all major manufactures including, but not limited to: MCE, Smart Rise, Vertical Express, Savaria, Unitec, ICON, GAL, Innovation Industries, Adams, and Canton. While we aim to earn your business as a service company as well, you are free to choose any elevator company you would like to work on the equipment we install.

Straight Up Elevator Co. is a full service company. We offer regular service/maintenance, repair, modernization and installation on both commercial and residential equipment.

We are an independent elevator company based out of Southern Oregon, offering nearly 20 years of experience servicing, modernizing, and installing elevators, wheelchair lifts and dumbwaiters. Our personalized service and open communication with our customers sets us apart from other elevator companies. We offer superior services and products from top manufacturers at a very competitive price.

Some elevator companies install elevators that run on proprietary computer-based software that require specialized tools that only the manufacturer itself can provide in order to perform maintenance on the elevator. In effect, this locks customers into needing to sign a service contract with the manufacturing company, instead of being able to choose the maintenance provider that best suits them. Though it may be advantageous, at times, to having the manufacturer of the equipment be the one to maintain it, generally you have to pay a premium for it and you have little to no choice in the matter.
