We represent multiple repositories of financial data depending on the specific needs of our client. In summary, we have a large host of public company financials that includes both domestic and foreign companies. We also publish financials for private US banks, credit unions, and state governments. By June of this year, we will also represent private US based charities, unions, healthcare, colleges, and other Non-profit organizations. By September of this year, we also expect to include a database of secondary school budgets.We provide full financial statement coverage on every company in our database. We do not store any skeletons for companies without published financials. In the available charts and tables, all of the counts represent real companies with financials.The information in the above graph represents our distribution as of 4/1/2005. With the next two databases coming online as domestic entries, the new domestic total will swell to approximately 60,000. The total population, including SIC averages and quartiles will exceed 80,000 companies with complete financials. A company is considered to have current financials based on what is available, not on what we believe should be available. For example, FY2002 for non-profits will not be released until this summer; therefore the database is current for these companies, even though the latest year is 2001. Non-profits and government entities understand the timeliness issue and are usually comfortable with 2-3 year old comparisons.
