Barbara Lewis, founder of Catalyst Consulting, has 18 years of experience in public involvement, facilitation, and environmental planning. Her experience includes designing as many as 45 public involvement programs and facilitating more than 100 public forums.

Dr. Martha Rozelle has 25 years experience in public policy development, third-party facilitation, process design, and conflict resolution for a wide range of projects. As a result of her extensive experience in the application of different collaborative problem solving techniques, she is comfortable on the “firing line” and has facilitated a consensus or designed effective communication strategies for more than 300 forums and citizen committees.

Mr. Anders also has over 10 years experience in the private sector. As lead consultant for an international environmental consulting firm, he was responsible for hundreds of projects including investigation and remediation of hazardous waste sites, facility siting, environmental permitting and compliance, and strategic planning. He is a professional engineer and has extensive experience interfacing with the public, private industry, state agencies, and local governments.
