“My name is Rick Noll and I have been in commercial real estate for over 12 years. With the need for insurance for most any real estate closing or lease, it became integral to team up with a good agent. Initially we found a national company that seemed to support all our needs with a few miscellaneous agents for specialty needs. As the years progressed, the national agency seemed to care little or not about reviewing our policies on an annual basis to be sure they were competitive. After numerous checks, we found a new agency, Strategic Insurance and Mike Ludwig.
