Implementation Program Management Selecting the right system is just the beginning. The system must then be configured and implemented. But many companies do not have the experience to manage a project with the scale of an ERP implementation or a supply chain management (SCM) roll-out, for example. As a result, ERP implementation projects often take longer than necessary, cost more than planned, and do not deliver all of the promised benefits.

As an independent third-party, we provide an outsider's perspective to complement the views of your internal team members. Furthermore, unlike many other consulting firms, we do not resell software or hardware, we do not "partner" with technology vendors, and we do not take commissions or referral fees from them. We sit on the buyer's side of the table only, representing our client's interests, ensuring an objective, informed decision.

Prior to his association with Strativa, Mr. Gilson was Director in the Supply Chain Transformation practice for PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he was responsible for business development and project management in supply chain areas to clients in high tech, consumer products, and entertainment industries. Among his accomplishments at PwC, he managed the development of MyAircraft.com, an Internet B2B marketplace exchange in the aerospace industry. Earlier, Mr.

Bob Gilson leads the Operations Excellence practice within our Applications Decisions group. He has over 25 years of experience in business process improvement and reengineering, supply chain management, and information systems. He has held senior management and partner positions with leading consulting organizations, such Coopers & Lybrand, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and AT&T Solutions.
