Our software streaming technology platforms, StreamFlow and AppExpress, enable fast, reliable application deployment while retaining all user-accessible features and functions. The platform virtually eliminates application conflicts by delivering only the runtime code that end-users need for local execution of the application. To accomplish this, the software goes through a publishing process using StreamFlow's proprietary Publishing tool and placed on a secure content server. The publishing process essentially breaks existing software into small pieces that can be delivered efficiently over a broadband network. StreamFlow's Adaptive Predictive Streaming™ technology streams only the necessary segments of an application to the desktop. Once streamed to the end user, the runtime code is cached there, and only new features or changes to the application are streamed to the desktop as needed.Our suite of solutions allows users to interact with fully functional Windows-based applications without installation on the desktop, making the service ubiquitous and transparent to the user. Our client desktop "software-on-demand" capability provides a cost effective and user-friendly technology to access applications, accelerate software deployment and manage software resources.At the core of our streaming technology is the StreamFlow™ architecture that integrates the major hardware and software components of the solution. The StreamFlow™ architecture enables the core hardware components, including the token/administration servers, streaming servers, service provider Web servers and, if necessary, database servers, to seamlessly integrate with the existing systems environment to speed deployment and minimize maintenance. Our Linux- and Windows®-based server technology can support a broad array of Windows-based applications, and is highly scalable, supporting thousands of concurrent users on one streaming server. Additionally, Windows 98/Me/2000/XP operating systems are supported on the user side. The StreamFlow™ solution also incorporates tracking and monitoring capabilities, so customers can benefit from granular reporting metrics that are customized according to their requirements.
