Benefits Communication We communicate to the employees the importance of voluntary benefits, walk them through their new voluntary options and explain to them how the new benefits complete the core health plan being offered by their employer. Enrollment and Customer Service We conduct on-site enrollments in a timely manner, using the latest technology. All employees are given a single point of contact to help with any claims, questions or concerns. Once the enrollment is complete, we provide the employer with an employee deduction summary. Invoice Reconciliation The first invoice is reviewed with the employer to make sure that all deductions match up with the employee deduction summary. All deletions/additions, cancellations and other changes are handled through Structured Benefits.
