Mr. Neal D. Crispin, Chairman of the Board and President of the Company. Mr. Crispin is also Chairman of AeroCentury Corp., an AMEX-listed aircraft leasing company. Mr. Crispin has over 20 years experience as an executive in the structured finance industry, with various companies involved in acquisitions and dispositions, restructurings, and lease-based financings. Mr. Crispin is a Certified Public Accountants, and prior to moving to private industry was a manager with Arthur Young & Company He received a Bachelor ’s Degree in Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara and a Master ’s Degree in Business Administration (specializing in Finance) from the University of California at Berkeley. Mr. Crispin, a CPA, is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. Mr. Daniel T. Gross, Senior Vice President. Mr. Gross is primarily responsible for business development and project management. He is additionally responsible for SFi ’s efforts in connection with sourcing US business and properties. Mr. Gross has served in technical, managerial and executive positions in organizations ranging from early stage ventures to Fortune 500 companies. He has a broad range of experience in lease financing, venture capital and private equity. He received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering Management from Purdue University and his Masters Degree (with honors) in Business Administration from Southern Methodist University. Ms. Helen Johnson, Managing Director. Ms. Johnson has over 10 years of corporate transaction experience across a broad range of industries, including financial services, media and communications, transportation, manufacturing, and real estate, amongst others. Ms. Johnson acted as Managing Director of Cambridge Securities LLC, a private investment firm, specializing in providing financial advisory services to middle market companies across the United States, for 2 years. Prior to joining Cambridge she was Managing Director of Kensington Financial Corp., a boutique investment bank specializing in merger and acquisition transactions for both the private and public sectors. Mr. Harold M. Lyons, Senior Vice President. Mr. Lyons is responsible for the development, structuring and analysis of our structured transactions, as well as analysis and structuring of acquisitions. Mr. Lyons has over 15 years experience in private industry as a tax and accounting specialist in structuring asset-based leasing and finance transactions. Before entering private industry, Mr. Lyons was a Manager in the Tax Department of Coopers & Lybrand, Certified Public Accountants and Arthur Young & Company, Certified Public Accountants. He received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (specializing in Accounting and Applied Economics) and a Masters Degree in Business Administration (specializing in finance and management science) from the University of California, Berkeley.
