As a principal in the firm, his approach to an assignment includes investigating the possibility of eliminating a problem rather than following the temptation of solving the problem. As an engineer and consultant for private consulting and design-build construction firms, as well as governmental agencies, his endeavors have included buildings and parking structures in high seismic zones, heavy snow regions and hurricane loading. As a designer, he strives to offer simple, cost effective and innovative civil and structural solutions to otherwise complicated and cumbersome problems.

Roy Jennings has over 24 years of experience in the construction industry working in multiple facets of construction; as a carpenter, a consulting engineer, and a contractor. He began his career with over a decade in the field as a carpenter. Roy went back to school at Washington University to complete a graduate degree in structural engineering. As a structural engineer, Roy has worked for a consulting engineer firm and for a contractor.

We have extensive experience in working with various state and city agencies, building officials, code reviewers, special inspectors, threshold inspectors, peer reviewers and inspectors of record.

Michael T. Mahaney began his career as Assistant and, ultimately, as Chief Bridge Engineer for St. Louis County Department of Highways and Traffic, responsible for over 400 existing road and railway bridges. His duties also included overseeing highway maintenance, buiding rehabilitation, additions, and new construction. He has vast experience in design and rehabilitation of major bridge structures, buildings, and industrial facilities. His expertise is in developing shoring and structural upgrade schemes which can be executed while the facility remains in operation.
