Wellington and Hilda purchased Greenbrier Real Estate in 1984 and have enjoyed serving the real estate needs of all of our customers in Greenbrier and surrounding counties for the past 24 years. They look forward to working with the Greg Allman Group in continuing to provide professional service to our customers.

Greg’s current designations include: ABR (Accredited Buyer Representative) - ABR denotes a sales agent who is qualified to provide buyer representation and has experience handling buyer brokerage and buyer agency issues. This designation is awarded by the Real Estate Buyer’s Agent Council (REBAC), which is an affiliate of the National Association of REALTORS®. In addition to being an active member in REBAC, agents must complete a 12-hour course, earn recommendations from previous clients, and close at least five real estate buyer transactions.

ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) - ASP Real Estate agents are true professionals trained under strict guidelines using proven Staging techniques developed for over 30 years.

Marie also enjoys providing professional real estate service to all of her pervious clients and looks forward to the opportunity to assist new clients that are looking to buy or sell real estate whether it be residential homes, farms, land or commercial properties.
