We consider ourselves to be a small company and typically build projects under $5M. However, we are not small on service. Our staff has background in designing and constructing projects up to $10M. We utilize this expertise in crafting smaller projects or portions of large projects. In short we bring large contractor services to smaller projects. We assist in the design and phasing of projects for our customers and we do so in such a manner that minimizes the impact on the customer and completes the project efficiently and economically.

Yes. Butler developed the Hot Box in collaboration with these trusted contributing partners: Bay Insulation, the largest supplier of insulation to the metal building industry; Dow, the manufacturer of rigid-board insulation; Certainteed and Owens-Corning, prominent fiberglass blanket insulation manufacturers; and Lamtec Corporation, a leading vapor barrier supplier to the metal building construction industry. The tests are performed at the Butler Research Center to the rigorous ASTM C-1363 test standard.

We provide specific maintenance for Buildings Systems on an as needed or pre-scheduled basis. This work is often performed on a cost plus basis and may include inspection and reporting for our clients.

Stuart Berger Construction was founded in 1959. Although initially intended for the construction of gas stations in the post WWII era (we built over 1200 stations), the company has built many General Construction projects over the past 40 years. These projects consist of the construction of professional and industrial buildings, additions and alterations, as well as specialty construction.

We provide complete design build turnkey services. This method of construction provides for swift, efficient development of your project.
