I work with patients to improve the quality of their lives and relationships. The psychoanalytic therapy I provide is complimented by my background as a meditator and student of Buddhist and contemplative psychology. With over 20 years experience as an educator and clinician, I have experience treating those with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, complex trauma, psychosis, and personality disorders.

It is an incredible honor to walk with my patients on their path of self-discovery and healing. I aim to listen deeply and engage in a conversation that helps make space for more freedom, flexibility, and satisfaction in your life.
