Without limiting any other terms of these Term of Service and subject to applicable law, all StyleRewards shall be forfeited if your Account is terminated or suspended for any reason, in the Company's sole discretion, or if the Company discontinues providing the Services.

Some Professionals may require you to provide StyleSeat with your credit card information in order to book an appointment for Styling Services. Your credit card information is securely stored and only charged upon completion of the Service, or if you cancel or don’t show up for the appointment, in accordance with the cancellation policy of the Professional posted on their StyleSeat page at the time of your booking, at the Professional’s discretion. StyleSeat never shares the credit card information you enter on our Website or through our Services with any Professional.

Our authorized service providers are companies that perform certain services on our behalf. These services may include fulfilling orders, processing credit card payments, delivering packages, providing customer service and marketing assistance, performing business and sales analyses, supporting the Website functionality, and supporting contests, sweepstakes, surveys and other features we offer.
