Arlington, Va. — June 5, 2013 — Subsystem Technologies, Inc., (SUBSYSTEMs) has acquired Alapko, Inc., a leading provider of technology solutions and program support to the Intelligence Community. Alapko will be a wholly owned subsidiary of SUBSYSTEMs. Terms of the acquisition were not made public. Formed in 2008 and headquartered in Annapolis, Md., Alapko’s key capabilities are cyber security and budgetary analysis solutions.

Arlington, VA (June 9, 2014) -- Subsystem Technologies, Inc. (SUBSYSTEMs) announced it has been awarded the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services (OASIS) Small Business contract by the General Services Administration. SUBSYSTEMs received OASIS awards in two pools of the 10-year, $60 billion multiple-award task order contract.
