Description

Ric Slocum has over 30 years of professional experience in investment banking, finance and consulting. He has worked with SFCo since 2004 as a Managing Director and now Principal Advisor in areas that include raising capital, financial structuring, financial modeling, alternative financing methods, due diligence, recapitalizations, restructuring and the management of distressed companies.

Previously, Brian was President of SmartNavigators, Inc., a developer of Internet video conference and webinar products and he was the Chief Technical Officer for iSpy Systems, Inc., a developer of internet-based video communications devices. He was also the Founder and CEO of Wink Communications Group and WinkWorx. In 2001, Brian sold WinkComm, a software development firm he founded in 1993. WinkComm’s customers included RR Donnelley, Apple, Motorola, Ameritech, Sprint, MCI, CellularOne, 3Com, and Adobe.

William Surman is a Principal of Sucsy, Fischer & Company. He has over 25 years of experience in the securities industry, including mergers and acquisitions, debt & equity capital formation, trading, capital markets and information technology systems.

As a member of Abrams & Jossel, Inc., a workout and turnaround consulting firm, Mark served as Acting COO of a premium automotive tool manufacturer for Ford and GM involved in a wind down of operations and sale of assets. He served in a similar role during the bankruptcy and liquidation of a $55 million graphic design manufacturer.

Currently, Ric is also serving as a part time basis as the Interim CFO of a VoIP company. He is directing all of the company’s financial activities as well as installing and strengthening operational and financial controls.
