Description

How to make reservations, confirm your stay, check-in and check-out times, season descriptions, and cancellation policies. Cancellations WITHIN 120 days of your scheduled arrival will render your 50% deposit as non-refundable. Cancellations OUTSIDE 120 days of your scheduled arrival will cause your 50% deposit to be carried forward for a future stay at Suenos within 1 year with a 20% Extension Fee. If you should desire to reserve beyond one year, a 30% Extension Fee will be levied. Holiday deposits are non-refundable regardless of the timing of the cancellation.
