Product Warranty www.logomats.com offers product warranties as a pass-through from the product manufacturers, which is typically a 12 month warranty (Promo Mat does not have a manufacturer warranty). Products are warranted for materials and workmanship, and are limited in scope. Product warranty does not cover wear and tear, abuse of material, use in locations that do not meet specifications, use of cleaning or other chemicals that do not meet product specifications, or any other aspect of product use that does not meet manufacturer’s specifications.

Logomats by Rightway, Inc. is a family owned and operated business started by Jim Sullivan and family in 1982. A need was recognized to market customized entrance mats , so we began to offer a unique inlaid logo mat in 30 different colors. Our continued passion for logo floor matting lead to 12 more door mat products in various sizes, colors and shapes for revolving doors, elevators and recessed areas. We have these products in both solid colors as well as personalized logo mats.

Payment Payment for all products offered by www.logomats.com shall be in advance by corporate check, VISA, or MasterCard. Shipping We strive to get the best possible shipping price possible. Charges are F.O.B. factory, subject to change. Our customer service department will contact you before your order ships to approve related charges. Truck shipments to locations requiring special handling may require additional fees. These fees are incurred by limited truck access or lift gate requirements. Expedited shipping charges are additional.
