As Vice President of Emergency Response Services, Mr. Bays is responsible for the development of relationships with businesses having emergency response needs and the management of field crews responding to emergency response calls. With over 15 years of experience in the emergency response industry he has gained experience in managing the clean up of large oil spills and train derailments all over the US for companies like Sunoco, Enbridge, Norfolk Southern, and CSX.

During construction projects at power generating facilities extraordinary circumstances arise due to extenuating conditions, such as heightened security and massive volumes of traffic. As a result of these conditions contractors working on power generation projects must have extensive experience and impeccable safety record .
